2049. President Georges Karex and his Minister of Neuromarketing are seeking a 3rd presidential term. A campaign photograph is discovered years later by the renowned historian, Sam Limbod, in a hard disk with broken pixels. It is the beginning of a long quest in which he brings to light the vertiginous adventures of an entire era.

President Georges Karex is freely inspired from Xerak, the mutant president
